I'm Siobhan and I'm the Operational Manager for Mental Health Recovery Services in Mid Sussex. I have been working for the organisation since 2007. I started off as a support worker and worked my way up to manager. I enjoy managing and assist a diverse team to deliver an effective service for our wide range of clients across two houses. I pride myself on being a manager with an open door policy where my team can come to me for support and advice.
