I joined BHT Sussex in 2021 after a merger with Sussex Oakleaf, I have been managing the Mid Sussex Supported Housing service since 2015 and before this worked as a support worker within those services since 2004. I am committed to improving the quality of support delivered to all who use our service. My job role involves overseeing the running of the properties, line managing staff, dealing with incidents, accidents and breaches of license/tenancy, monitoring rent accounts of all clients, and networking with partner agencies.

BHT Sussex is a wonderful organisation to work for, as a staff member I feel valued, supported and appreciated within my role. There are so many training and development opportunities offered to support staff not only in their roles but to also progress for future career development.
