I have enjoyed working in health and social care since 2010 in a range of roles and settings including learning difficulties, community prescribing, homelessness, and mental health - where I found my vocation.  I joined BHT Sussex in 2016 working in Shore House and then Archway ahead of my current role as a senior manager of mental health services.  BHT Sussex has always been supportive and provided lots of opportunities to learn and develop.  I'm very grateful to have such wonderful colleagues who share the same passion for delivering quality services and treating people with dignity and respect.

In my role as Senior Manager for the Brighton & Hove mental health services I oversee:

-Archway & Step Down.  Residential care for those with mental health support needs & hospital step down for those medically fit for discharge and who require support to identify the next step for their accommodation.

-Route One.  Medium to Low supported accommodation for those with mental health support needs.

-Shore House.  High supported accommodation for those with mental health & dual diagnosis support needs.

We have brilliant teams within the mental health services with some truly remarkable people that go the extra mile to support our clients, as well as take good care of each other.  We work together with clients to identify value, meaning, purpose, personal resilience, and recovery.  I feel very lucky to work with such passionate and dedicated people.
