Archway is formed of two houses Portland and Sackville, both based in Hove. The two houses are run by a caring team and two supportive deputies, who are based at either house, while I work between the two.  The service runs 24 hours a day so the team really gets to know the clients and there is a homely atmosphere. I really enjoy working with the team to support our clients thrive. We are always looking for new ideas to develop and grow which keeps things flourishing. My down time is spent keeping busy with a small counselling practice and unwinding with crafts, baking and exercise. I also have rag doll cat with a large personality so occasionally handovers may also include debriefs about all our pets wellbeing!
