I have worked at BHT Sussex since 2020 and as a member of the Executive Management Team I provide leadership and strategic direction for the organisation and specifically in our mental health services. My areas of interest and experience are client involvement, mental wellbeing and ill health, trauma and psychologically informed care. I am responsible for the operational delivery of 160 units of high, medium and low support accommodation and community mental health services serving 500+ individuals each month including governance, regulatory compliance (CQC and RSH) risk, relationship and budgetary management and financial planning.
