Senior Manager - Mental Health & Wellbeing Services – Senior Management

I have been working in mental health for twelve years across East London and Sussex; I am passionate about coproduction and developing new services. For five years I oversaw our community Mental Health services in West Sussex as an Operational Manager before becoming a Senior Manager in 2022.

I now oversee all our mental health support we currently have across the West Sussex area. This includes a secondment to NHS Sussex, Adult Mental Heath Community Transformation Team as VCSE Lead Rep for West Sussex - promoting coproduction of new and existing mental health services, in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.

I love working for BHT Sussex - I feel more supported than anywhere else I have been before and it helps that I work alongside some really inspiring and empowering people. Day to day I have the flexibility to create a great work/life balance and I look forward to work on a Monday!
