I am the Senior Manager of the East Sussex Floating Support Service and joined BHT Sussex in November 2021. I have over 25 years of experience at a senior level as Contract and Operations Manager in the housing and homelessness sector. Prior to joining BHT Sussex, I managed housing and homeless prevention services in East and West Sussex, including supported housing, hospital discharge and floating support services.

I am responsible for the strategic and operational development and management of the service and ensure that key performance indicators are achieved. I work closely with the Assistant Director and Service Managers and oversee the Gateway team who process all the referrals into the service.

I lead a dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed team, who provide housing related support to residents of East Sussex. I believe that affordable, decent, and secure housing is a fundamental need and the foundation for people to achieve their full potential. I am proud of the achievements and the support provided by my staff team. I am an advocate of best practice and continuous improvement to provide a quality service to the clients we support.
