I have been a Team manager for the East Sussex Floating Support Service since November 2021. I manage a team of Floating Support Officers in the Lewes and Wealden area.

The role is very varied, and no two days are the same which I enjoy.

My favourite part of role is supporting my team to develop their knowledge and skills and see their confidence grow which helps them achieve so many positive outcomes for our clients. This is supported by a wide range of training delivered through BHT as well as support from colleagues and peers.

The values BHT promotes very much align with my own values both inside and outside of work.

Outside of work I am a season ticket holder at Brighton and Hove Albion and also have a very energetic Sprocker Spaniel called Dexter
