I am Team Leader in St Leonards on Sea, and have been in the role since 2017. Previous to this I was a Floating Support Officer with HomeWorks in the Wealden area, working face to face with clients.

I have a great team of FSO's and team leaders working with me, all with a wealth of knowledge, and wide array of different skills from previous roles/lived experience.

I enjoy supporting my team to support clients, and every day is different. 

I have a home 'office manager' called Sooty, who is a very handsome rescue Tuxedo moggy. He likes to help me type emails (jkkkkyyyyykkkwqqqqhhlllllhhhhhhw- thanks Sooty), and to join Team's meetings, though he does tend to hog the camera. 

I'm currently attempting to learn Spanish so I can understand my 4 year old granddaughter who was born/lives in Spain. My understanding is definitely better than my accent!

ESFSS are a great bunch of people; friendly, supportive and helpful, and am pleased to be a small part of an amazing support service.
