I have been working within the housing support sector since 2009, during this time I have worked as an FSO, Deputy Team Leader, Team Leader and am currently employed as a service manager. I have enjoying growing professionally and personally over the years, whilst knowing, I and the team, are making a real difference to peoples lives. 

I joined BHT Sussex in 2022 and have spent the last couple of years developing the East Sussex Floating Support Service.  I strive to deliver excellence and provide all clients with a unique and person centre support package. 

I have also taken some time out from work to build my family and have a very busy life taking care of three children. I spend much of my free time attending football and swimming clubs and partaking in family activities. I am also a bit of a secret thrill seeker and am often the one arranging trips to theme parks and looking for fun filled holidays. 

I have a good work life balance at BHT Sussex and feel well supported by ethical and inclusive policies and procedures in place for all its employees.
