Hello. I'm Laura Ward, and I've had the privilege of working at BHT Sussex for over two rewarding years as part of an incredible team that make up the East Sussex Floating Support Service. I am passionate about supporting others, and this aligns perfectly with BHT’s core values of empowering people and delivering excellence.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active. You will often find me out on long walks with my 11-year-old miniature schnauzer, Max, by my side. I’m also passionate about running and enjoy participating in local running events. I find running a fantastic way to clear my mind and enjoy the outdoors - there's something invigorating about exploring new trails and pushing myself to new limits.

Overall, I strive to live a balanced life filled with purpose, adventure, and meaningful connections. I'm excited to continue growing both personally and professionally, making a difference wherever I go.
