I am one the Operational Service Managers within the East Sussex Floating Support Service, I work alongside the Assistant Director, Senior Manager, the East Operational Service Manager, as well as the Gateway Manager, we all work together to ensure a client centred service is provided that meets the aims and goals of the service, clients, commissioners, and partner organisations.

I provide direct line management to the team leaders in the West of the county who provide line management for the Floating Support Officers.

I started my career as a Youth and Community Worker and then joined BHT as a Floating Support Worker as I believed in supporting people to achieve, to do this housing is a basic need that was not always being meet. This support role enabled me to continue to support and empower people.
