Having worked in HR for several years I have been fortunate to work in various sectors such as Publishing, Infrastructure and Leisure & Tourism, and am now proud to be part of the BHT Sussex team. Prior to HR I have a background in Payroll. I particularly enjoy working in HR because of the people which is my passion. I believe an individual, team and company can work effectively when there is a positive working environment, with the appropriate guidance and expertise available. I enjoy being able to actively support people in their day-to-day work, helping and establishing meaningful relationships. Creating a positive work environment and working alongside a company whose values I believe in; is something I am passionate about, which is why I am excited to be working with the BHT Sussex team.
