As the Communications Manager at BHT Sussex, I work with the Fundraising and Publications team to raise the profile of the organisation in lots of different ways – from securing press coverage, to producing impact reports, to running campaigns and digital marketing channels.

My background is in communications, campaigns and programme management for a range of charities and non-profits, from Christian Aid to the Trade Justice Movement. I have worked in Uganda and Haiti in education and post-disaster reconstruction and have volunteered locally in refugee support and disability advice services.

I am proud to work for an organisation that makes such a huge difference in people’s lives and love sharing inspiring stories and communicating the impact of our work. The variety of services and projects within BHT Sussex means there is never a dull day, and I enjoy working in our small but mighty team!
